Minimum check-in age 21. Valid photo ID and credit card in the same name must be presented at time of check-in.

A valid reservation is required at the time of check-in. Early check-in and late check-out requests can only be approved by the Hotel team and only upon availability.

Room rates are listed for single/double occupancy. Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of $50 per night, up to three adults in a room. Maximum 3 adults and/ or 2 adults, 2 children per apartment.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safety deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items. Items left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection up to 30 (thirty) days. After that time, unclaimed items will be disposed of by the hotel as necessary.

Payment Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equaling one-night rental and tax and guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of booking.

Long Term and/or Winter Season Exceptions:

All reservations require one night + tax deposit upon booking, 25% deposit 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit 14 days prior to arrival and 100% deposit less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Long term and/or Winter Season rates require 6 weeks (42 days) notice prior to arrival date for a full refund. A $50 administrative fee will always apply for cancellations.

Nonrefundable rates may apply for long term and/or winter season reservations. Please request additional information if interested. These rates are 100% nonrefundable and payment is due at booking.

Cancellation policy is more restrictive based upon rate/room booked, season, special event.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation policies depend on the rate booked. Some restricted promotional rates will not be cancellable once the booking has been performed. Please see the full details within the specific rate rules for the cancellation policy.

No Shows will incur one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to credit card on file
