Disability Access Disclosure

The Elmar Boutique Hotel was built in 1958 and does not meet the accessibility standards of the American Disability Act, 1991.  The hotel does not have a wheelchair ramp, elevator, or wheelchair access shower facilities.  The mobility limitations include common areas such as public entrance, pool area, route from the accessible public entrance to the registration area, route from the accessible public entrance to the accessible guestrooms, and registration desk.  The property does not offer a  Text Telephone Relay, TTY for the hearing impaired.  The guest room televisions have closed captioning capabilities.  Upon request, we provide a smoke alarm for the hearing impaired.
